Chicken Alfredo with Spinach

454g Pappardelle pasta
1 jar of Alfredo sauce (or homemade sauce)
2-3 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp butter
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes(or more to taste)
1 cup baby Roma tomatoes ( cut length wise)
2 boneless skinless chicken breast cubed and cooked

Melt in your mouth creamy pasta!

  • Melt butter in a large frying pan and add minced garlic
  • Add alfredo sauce and heat until just about to boil
  • Heat pasta for 4-6 min in boiling water until al dente (slightly undercooked)
  • Drain pasta and finish in a frying pan with alfredo sauce - app 2 min
  • Fold in the spinach just before plating
  • Add tomato halves once plated
  • Add grated parmesan
