Melt in your mouth creamy pasta!
- Melt butter in a large frying pan and add minced garlic
- Add alfredo sauce and heat until just about to boil
- Heat pasta for 4-6 min in boiling water until al dente (slightly undercooked)
- Drain pasta and finish in a frying pan with alfredo sauce - app 2 min
- Fold in the spinach just before plating
- Add tomato halves once plated
- Add grated parmesan
