Chicken Alfredo with Spinach

Melt in your mouth creamy pasta!

Sweet Kale Smoothie

Add all ingredients to a blender. Puree until desired consistency. If required add honey to taste.

Fresh Romaine Salad

With Monte Carlo's dark green savoyed leaves and creamy centers with an amazing taste, Romaine does not need to be just used for Caesar salads. With the addition of freshly picked tomatoes and cucumber, the crunchy romaine leaves become transformed into an elegant salad that can be enjoyed on its own or as an accompanying dish to any meal.

Beet Salad

Toss salad components together. Mix Balsamic dressing ingredients and pour onto salad - you may not require all of the dressing.
Serves: 1

Baby Smashed Potatoes

Pre-heat oven at 425C.  Parboil potatoes for 15-20 min, combine minced garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl.  Drain potatoes and arrange on a baking sheet.  Use a fork to smash the potatoes.  Drizzle olive oil evenly over the potatoes and bake for 20min.  Top with parmesan cheese and parsley.
